Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. This does include cancellations due to illness and childcare. We appreciate your understanding and hope you know that as a small business we are doing our best to support our stylists in this very expensive city.
